Fresh Claims For Asylum

Fresh Asylum Claims Solicitors

If your asylum or humanitarian protection claim has been refused or withdrawn, or any appeal has been refused, our experienced immigration solicitors may be able to assist you to make further submissions to the Home Office.

Further submissions will amount to a fresh claim where they are significantly different from material that has already been provided because:

  • There is new material, that has not already been considered; and
  • Taken together with the material that has been previously considered, there is a realistic prospect of success.

Our immigration solicitors are experienced in preparing fresh claims and regularly instruct country expert reports, medical reports and will provide detailed representations to assist you.   You will be required to submit your evidence in person at the Further Submissions Unit (FSU) in Liverpool, unless you have permission to send it by post or fax.

Our immigration solicitors are experienced in preparing fresh claims and will organise an appointment with the Further Submission Unit together with travel arrangements to Liverpool in order for you to submit your claim.  Our immigration solicitors will take detailed instructions from you and advise you about the relevant and up to date case laws and procedures prior to submitting your fresh asylum claim.
