Due to continued growth, fantastic opportunities have arisen to join our busy property department for both a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor and a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal.


We are looking for an ambitious and motived Solicitor who is able to demonstrate the following:

  • Extensive knowledge of Residential Property Law
  • Solid experience in in volume purchase/sales transactions
  • Ability to provide guidance, support and training to junior staff within the department
  • Excellent client relationship and client facing skills
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise

We are looking for applicants with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing.


We are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our successful Property Department.

Candidates will have at least 2 years conveyancing experience and have the ability to manage a mixed caseload of purchases and sales, from instruction to completion (including missives), with minimum supervision.  You will also possess excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise work accordingly.
